Your item must be in its original unused condition with the tags attached to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your item must be received within 7 business days from the date of receipt.


Items returned after seven (7) business days from the date of delivery are not eligible for refund. The item can be exchanged in accordance with the Exchange Policy.


Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping all shipping receipts until the return is processed. We are not responsible for packages that are missing, damaged, or lost in transit.

Please fill out the return product form (order history<select your item you will like to return<select the option that say return) or (On the home page click on RETURNS under the customer service section) section explaining the reason for the return and if you would like a replacement item prior to shipping the return.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to restocking fee of $15.

We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

In the event an order is shipped with defective, damaged or incorrect items please email us at For items that are damaged or defective, include a photo with the email.


Your item must be in its original unused condition with the tags attached, you may exchange your clothing item for another that is of equal value.  You will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping fees.  Please email the Product Code, Size and Color of the item(s) you wish to exchange to:


Shipping fees are applied to all exchanges/Returns: US Standard $10.00 – Standard International: $19.99 – US Express Mail: $38.00. Priority International - $40.00 International Express - $48.00


We will invoice you via PayPal for restocking and shipping fees.


Please understand we do our best to serve our clients fashion needs, but do allow a maximum of two (2) exchanges past the original order and do not cover shipping and restocking fee.


Merchandise is no longer eligible for exchange TEN (10) days after receipt.


Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned.  These include Intimates, Bodysuits, Swimwear.  Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 
Items purchased on sale, discounted with a coupon/ Promotional Code, or final sale are ONLY eligible for credit and/or exchange NOT refund 

Store Credit

Store Credit can be applied to any and/or all items on our website unless otherwise marked. Please be advised that Store Credits expire one (1) calendar year from date of issue.
