What if my credit card is denied?
You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.

Your account will only be charged once checkout is complete.
If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

What sales tax do you charge?
We do not charge sales tax as we are not a physical store front, we are exclusively online.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held. If you are not able to do so, just send us a email to our customer care.
How does your size run?
Our clothing runs small, if in doubt, we suggest ordering the larger size
